Stihl Shop marked its emergence as a national chain with this cautionary tale about the perils of not buying from the experts. A vivid and humorous way of promoting the chain’s brand values in a very competitive marketplace.

The 30-second brand TVC has since been adapted to deliver seasonal deals, giving Stihl Shop even more mileage from its big brand idea.
